We are of the view that investment cycles for the classes of assets we are contemplating would be expected to have an investment life of 7-9 years typically. As with any investment there are milestones we set to achieve before contemplating an exit strategy. We believe strategy before structure always precedes timing. Once an investment is sold we shall then determine the actual Total Rate of Return ( colloquially acronymed as IRR).
